Privacy Policy

“Infused with love and light“

“Deeper connection“

We take your privacy seriously.

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement explains the personal data and information Vibralite processes, how Vibralite processes it, and for what purposes.

Vibralite offers a range of products, including training. References to Vibralite products in this statement includes Vibralite services, website, apps, software, servers, and devices.

Vibralite collects data and information from you, through our interactions with you and through our services and products. You provide some of this data and information (together referred to as “data” in this statement) directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our products and services. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Vibralite and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We also may obtain data about you from third parties.

You have choices when it comes to the technology you use and the data you share. When we ask you to provide personal data, you can decline. Many of our products and services require some personal data to provide you with a product or service. If you choose not to provide data necessary to provide you with a service, product or feature, you cannot use that service, product or feature. Likewise, where we need to collect personal data by law or to enter into or carry out a contract with you, and you do not provide the data, we will not be able to enter into the contract; or if this relates to an existing product or service you are using, we may have to suspend or cancel it. We will notify you if this is the case at the time. Where providing the data is optional, and you choose not to share personal data, features like personalisation that use such data will not work for you.

How Vibralite uses personal data

When visitors leave comments on the Vibralite website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

We gather users name, email, location on the contact form, for course bookings and healing sessions. This information is stored on secure servers based in Sydnet, Australia. Our payment gateway provider Stripe will gather additional information such as credit card details and name.

Vibralite uses the data we collect to provide you with products and/or services. In particular, we use data to:

  • provide our products and services, which includes updating, securing, and troubleshooting, as well as providing support. It also includes sharing data, when it is required to provide the service or carry out the transactions you request.
  • improve and develop our products.
  • personalise our products and make recommendations.
  • advertise and market to you, which includes sending promotional communications, targeting advertising, and presenting you with relevant offers.

We also use the data to operate our business, which includes analysing our performance, meeting our legal obligations, developing our workforce, and doing research.
For example, we use your purchase history to provide tailored messaging and recommendations for training or further healings
In carrying out these purposes, we combine data we collect from different contexts (for example, from your use of two Vibralite products) or obtain from third parties to give you a more seamless, consistent, and personalised experience, to make informed business decisions, and for other legitimate purposes.

Reasons Vibralite shares personal data

We share your personal data with your consent or to complete any transaction or provide any product or service you have requested or authorised. We also share data with Vibralite-controlled affiliates and subsidiaries; when required by law or to respond to legal process; to protect our customers; to protect lives; to maintain the security of our products and services; and to protect the rights and property of Vibralite and its customers.

When you provide payment data to make a purchase, we will share payment data with banks and other entities that process payment transactions or provide other financial services, and for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction. Your credit card payment information is held by Stripe, we do not receive your credit card information but a tokenized version which allows us to charge your card and identify the customer payment.

We also share personal data with vendors or agents working on our behalf for the purposes described in this statement. For example, companies we have hired to provide customer service support or assist in protecting and securing our systems and services may need access to personal data to provide those functions. In such cases, these companies must abide by our data privacy and security requirements and are not allowed to use personal data they receive from us for any other purpose. We may also disclose personal data as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

Finally, we will retain, access, transfer, disclose, and preserve personal data, including your content, when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to do any of the following:

  • comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal process, including from law enforcement or other government agencies.
  • protect our customers, for example, to prevent spam or attempts to defraud users of our services and products, or to help prevent the loss of life or serious injury of anyone.
  • operate and maintain the security of our services and products, including to prevent or stop an attack on our computer systems or networks.
  • protect the rights or property of Vibralite, including enforcing the terms governing the use of the services—however, if we receive information indicating that someone is using our services to traffic in stolen intellectual or physical property of Vibralite, we will not inspect a customer’s private content ourselves, but we may refer the matter to law enforcement.
  • How we protect your data
All data is encrypted and stored securely on our site through SSL certificates.
We regularly patch all servers to ensure they are protected against attacks.
VibraliteHealing.com sits behind a firewall to protect from any known attackers.

How long Vibralite retains your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so Vibralite can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically, instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on the Vibralite website (if any), the personal information they provide is stored in their user profile.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How to access and control your personal data

You can also make choices about the collection and use of your data by Vibralite. You can control your personal data that Vibralite has obtained, and exercise your data protection and privacy rights, by contacting Vibralite or using various tools we provide. In some cases, your ability to access or control your personal data will be limited, as required or permitted by applicable law. How you can access or control your personal data will also depend on which products you use. For example, you can request:

  • to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us
  • to see and/or edit your personal information (except you cannon change your username)
  • that we delete any personal data we hold about you (excluding any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes).
